Treatments for Foreign Teachers of Anshan Normal University

Vacancies：English 2~3, Korean 1, Japanese 1.

I. Contract Period

From Sep 1, 2008 to July 15, 2009
Qualifications of the candidates:
21-60 years old, in good health, with a Bachelor's Degree or above, native language speaker with long-term living and studying background in the language speaking countries.

II. The Duties of Party B
Party B shall undertake the basic workload of 16 teaching hours per week, and undertake other paid teaching work assigned by Party A with the mutual consent.

III. Monthly basic salary and other rewards provided by Party A
(I) Monthly basic salary
i. Bachelor Degree: RMB￥3500 Yuan (RMB￥3700 Yuan for the teachers who hold Language Teaching Certificate),
ii. Master Degree: RMB￥4000 Yuan (RMB￥4200 Yuan for the teachers who hold Language Teaching Certificate).
iii. Doctor Degree: RMB￥5000 Yuan (RMB￥5200 Yuan for the teachers who hold Language Teaching Certificate).

(II) Paid holiday
Party A will pay Party B 50% of his/her salary in each of the two months during winter vocation (January and February 2008).

(III) Rewards
i. Travel allowance: RMB￥3000 Yuan.
ii. International airfare: RMB￥6000 Yuan.
iii. Offer an Accident Hurt and Medical Insurance.
iv. Free airport pick-up at the beginning of the contract and airport send-off at the end of the contract.
v. Party A shall provide a free apartment on campus with water, power and gas.
The apartment includes a bathroom, a kitchen, furniture, bedding, a telephone, a TV set, a refrigerator, a washing machine, air-conditioner, micro wave oven etc.. Party A shall provide free Internet access, shared computer room, printer and gym.
vi. Party B can take legal Chinese festivals or holidays.

We shall sign a provisional contract with you by fax as soon as the agreement is concluded. Then we will send you the visa documents for your work visa. You must apply for the visa immediately after the documents arrive. As credit guarantees you are required to buy the flight ticket to China and fax the photocopy of the tickets within 3 weeks of the visa documents’ arrival.

鞍山师范学院招聘外籍教师待遇

招聘需要：英语2—3人，韩国语1人，日语1人

一、合同期限
2008年9月1日~2009年7月15日

招聘条件:
年龄在21岁至60岁之间，身体健康，具有学士或以上学位，以所教授语言为母语或拥有在该语种国家长期生活经历和教育背景。

二、受聘方工作任务
每周基本工作量为16课时。在双方同意的情况下，承担学院分配的其他与教学有关的有偿工作。

三、聘方提供的工资和待遇
1、工资：

学士学位:月基本工资人民币3500元，具有语言教学证书3700元
硕士学位:月基本工资人民币4000元，具有语言教学证书4200元
博士学位:月基本工资人民币5000元，具有语言教学证书5200元

2、带薪假期
聘方为外教提供寒假期间（2008年1月和2月）两个月的工资补助，补助标准按乙方基本工资的50%支付。
3、待遇：
(1) 旅游补助3000元人民币。
(2) 国际机票补助人民币6000元。
(3) 为外教购买医疗保险和意外伤害保险。
(4) 提供外教到任的免费接机和离任时的免费送机。
(5) 提供免费的校园内公寓住宿，包括水、电、煤气。公寓附设卫生间、厨房并配有家具、卧具、电话、电视机、电冰箱、洗衣机、空调、微波炉等生活用具的住房。提供免费宽带网线，公用电脑室、打印机和健身房。
(6)受聘方享受中国法定节日休假。
