Foreign Trade and Business College
iChongqing Normal University Foreign Trade and Business College (CNUFTBC), formerly known as Chongqing Normal University Hailai College, was founded in May 2002. In September that same year, CNUFTBC began to recruit students from all over the country. In November 2003, approved by the State Ministry of Education, the college adopted its present name and became an 'independent college', running under a brand new mechanism and model.
CNUFTBC, covering an area 800 mu, is 
located in Chongqing's Hechuan district. The college is well equipped, with the latest standard of facilities required by the State Ministry of Education. These include: modern teaching buildings, synthetical buildings, an arts center, multifunctional cafeterias, computing services, audio-visual and multimedia teaching rooms, a laboratory of computing hardware, a Single-Chip Microcomputer laboratory, two libraries, a standard stadium, indoor and outdoor sports courts, and a gymnasium. All student flats are equipped with air conditioning, telephone, water heater, internet access, all necessary furniture, and a washing room for every 5 to 6 students.
At present, CNUFTBC offers a total of 39 undergraduate and research programs in six disciplines: Economics, Management, Mathematics and Computer Science, Art, Chinese Language and Literature, Foreign Languages and Literature. Over 10,000 students are currently enrolled at CNUFTBC, while the college boasts a qualified faculty of over 900. Among them, 600 are full-time teachers and more than 278 are professors and associate professors.
Fully depending on and adopting the famous educational resources of Chongqing Normal University (CNU), CNUFTBC has now successfully completed its transition from what was an already very high starting point. This was done by publicizing the College's own facilities and educational programs. In the past five years, CNUFTBC has received approval and high praise at different levels of society. Over these years, CNUFTBC has been granted many honors, namely: 'Security Civilized School', 'Advanced College in 45 Law Popularization', 'Class-A College Foods Sanitation', 'A Garden-like Unit' and 'Prior Unit of Colleges in Chongqing'. Additionally, in 2005, the college has successfully met the 'One Hundred Good Universities and Colleges' good quality standard.
After only five years experimenting with the new 'independent college' system, 
CNUFTBC has made remarkable progress and now continues in its efforts to reach its ultimate target – becoming a truly advanced and comprehensive college for the West of China.

workload ：16-20 class periods per week (40 min. for class)
month salary：4000RMB
air ticket ：Return air tickets. One way will be reimbursed at the end of the first semester, the balance at the end of contract

Class size: 30-40 students per class who are 18-21 years old English major university students.
