Membership commitment: 1) Not transfer or deliver any other unlawful, insult, humiliate ,disservice, vulgar information etc. 2) Not deliver any information which would incite criminal action. 3) No admittance of access into other computer system. 4) Breach or violation of duties or rights under this Agreement will be adjudicated under the laws in China. 5) All contents of the e-jobfair Web Sites are Copyright. 6) your Information and your activities on the Site shall not: (a) be false, inaccurate or misleading; (b) be fraudulent (c) infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; (d) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, antidiscrimination or false advertising); (e) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; (f) be obscene or contain child pornography or, if otherwise adult in nature or harmful to minors, shall be posted only in the Mature Audiences section and shall be distributed only to people legally permitted to receive such content; (g) contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, easter eggs or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information; 7) Education R&D Training Service may tell you about certain specific harmful uses in a code of conduct or other notices available through a e-jobfair Web Site, but has no obligation to do so. About liability: 1) You are responsible for your Service Account and all activity under your Service Account as well as keeping confidential any password for your Service account. You may not authorize another person to use your Service Account. 2) We do not claim ownership of the materials you post or otherwise provide to us (including feedback) related to the Service (called a "submission"). However, by posting or otherwise providing your submission, you are granting to the public permission to use, copy, distribute, display, and modify your submission, each in connection with the Service, and to publish your name in connection with your submission. Before resorting to these alternatives, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution and we will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation, as an alternative to litigation. a.
