E-jobfair is an integrated platform providing services to schools in China and foreign teachers abroad. You may communicate; learn in company with progress here. This is an agreement ("Agreement") between you and Education R&D Training Service. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have attained the age of majority in the province, state or country in which you reside, and any information that you submit is correct. Please note that this Agreement limits our liability and we do not provide warranties for the Service. The Agreement also limits your remedies. And, we urge you to read the terms carefully. This Agreement is in electronic form. The terms “We” and “Our” shown in this Agreement represent Education R&D Training Service 1. Confirmation and acceptance of service terms: Education R&D Training Service reserves the right to own and operate all electronic services of e-jobfair. The services we provided will be strictly conducted according to the claims, service terms and operation rules. Members may start using the service rights after you completely agree upon all the service terms and finish the sign-up process. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms, conditions and notices, and any additional terms posted on this Web Site. 2. Membership commitment: 1) Not transfer or deliver any other unlawful, insult, humiliate ,disservice, vulgar information etc. 2) Not deliver any information which would incite criminal action. 3) No admittance of access into other computer system. 4) Breach or violation of duties or rights under this Agreement will be adjudicated under the laws in China. 5) All contents of the e-jobfair Web Sites are Copyright. 6) your Information and your activities on the Site shall not: (a) be false, inaccurate or misleading; (b) be fraudulent (c) infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; (d) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, antidiscrimination or false advertising); (e) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; (f) be obscene or contain child pornography or, if otherwise adult in nature or harmful to minors, shall be posted only in the Mature Audiences section and shall be distributed only to people legally permitted to receive such content; (g) contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, easter eggs or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information; 7) Education R&D Training Service may tell you about certain specific harmful uses in a code of conduct or other notices available through a e-jobfair Web Site, but has no obligation to do so. You may not use the e-jobfair Web Sites in any way that breaches any code of conduct, policy or other notice applicable to the e-jobfair Web Sites. Without limiting the generality of this section, you may not use the e-jobfair Web Sites in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair e-jobfair Web Site. 5. Membership agreement (based on specific character and its importance of network service) 1) Incessant update your filled information according to the requirement of correct and betimes. 2) Prepare internet equipment yourself include personal computer、adjuster and other essential access devices. 3) Make payment by yourself through your personal internet access with the relevant to telephone and network expenses . 4) Once you have registered as a legal membership of e-jobfair, you will get a member name and password. 5) Members will take all the responsibilities of your own right account number, password and its security. 6) Personal Membership must be agreed to protect and guarantee the interests of all the memberships of CSDN. 6. About liability: 1) You are responsible for your Service Account and all activity under your Service Account as well as keeping confidential any password for your Service account. You may not authorize another person to use your Service Account. 2) We do not claim ownership of the materials you post or otherwise provide to us (including feedback) related to the Service (called a "submission"). However, by posting or otherwise providing your submission, you are granting to the public permission to use, copy, distribute, display, and modify your submission, each in connection with the Service, and to publish your name in connection with your submission. You also give the public permission to grant this permission to other persons. This section only applies for legal content, and to the extent that use and publishing of such legal content does not breach the law. We will not pay you for your submission. We may refuse to transfer, or may remove your submission at any time. What if we change the Agreement. If we change this Agreement, then we will tell you at least 30 days before the change is in force. We will tell you of the change by e-mail or online posting. We may also use other ways that we believe will reach you. If you do not agree to such changes, then you must cancel and stop using the Service before the changes are in force. If you do not stop using the Service, then your use of the Service will Continued under the changed Agreement. 8. Changes to the Service; Our Cancellation of Service. We may change the Service or delete features at any time and for any reason. We may cancel or suspend your Service at any time. Resolution of disputes. In the event a dispute arises between you and e-jobfair, our goal is to provide you with a neutral and cost effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. Accordingly, you and e-jobfair agree that any claim or controversy at law or equity that arises out of this Agreement or our services ("Claims") shall be resolved in accordance with one of the subsections below or as otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing by the parties. Before resorting to these alternatives, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution and we will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation, as an alternative to litigation. a. Court. Alternatively, any Claim may be adjudicated by a court of competent jurisdiction located in china or where the defendant is located.
